Cook the
Pork meat
in a pot with water
Fry the
Yellow onion
,
Garlic
,
Sambal Oelek
and
Sugar
in a pan with some
Oil
Drain the
Pork meat
but save some of the water
Add the
Pork meat
to the pan with the rest of the ingredients and sear it for a bit
Add the
Asem water
,
Leek
and some of the water drained from the
Pork meat
Cook until the sauce is mostly reduced
