Mix the
Eggs
,
Sugar
and a pinch of
Zout
.
Warm up the
Kefir
at low heat until it is slightly warmer than body temperature. Stir occasionally.
Add the
Baking soda
to the warm kefir. Be aware that this will increase the volume of the kefir.
Add the warm kefir to the
Eggs
and mix it thoroughly.
Add the
Bloem
into the mix sequentially and stir. Make sure that the dough does not clump.
Add the
Sunflower oil
to the dough.
Heat up a pan (2 if you're proficient at making pancakes and want to speed up the process) and add a tiny bit of
Sunflower oil
to it.
Spread the dough over the whole pan in a thin (!) layer. Fry the pancake from both sides.
Once the pancake is done, spread some butter on its outsides to prevent it from getting dry.
Repeat the last two steps until no dough is left. Then enjoy!
Tips
Serve the mlyntsi with cream cheese, jam, peanutbutter, cinnamon & sugar, or your favorite hazelnut cocoa spread. If you're feeling fancy, you can also serve them with fish roe.
