bake the potatoes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Distribute the Waxy potatoes on a baking paper on a baking tray. Cover the Waxy potatoes with half of the Sunflower oil and add Zout and Black pepper as per your liking. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the pre-heated oven in fan-only mode until the Waxy potatoes are goldish-brown and soft on the inside. When done baking the Waxy potatoes , sprinkle the Parsley over them.

prepare the chicken breast

Zout the Chicken breast from both sides. Pour the remainder of the Sunflower oil into a frying pan and fry the Chicken breast on each side for 2-3 minutes. Take the Chicken breast out of the pan (don't clean it yet) and add the Chicken breast to the baking potatoes for ~12-14 minutes. Make sure it is not pink on the inside anymore before eating.

prepare the honey-mustard sauce

Mix the Mustard with the Granary mustard , Honey , Butter and Chicken broth in a small pot. Boil the mixture for 2-3 minutes and let it simmer until the sauce has become more dense. Add Zout and Black pepper as per your liking.

prepare the veggies

Take the pan in which you fried the Chicken breast and heat it up without adding more Sunflower oil . Press the Garlic into it and add the Cherry tomatoes . Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the Baby spinach into the pan until it collapses. Add Zout and Black pepper as per your liking.
